The Sweepsouth 12 Days of Gifting campaign ("the Campaign") runs from Wednesday, 17 June 2026 until Sunday, 28 June 2026.
Winners will be selected and announced daily at approximately 8:00am and 8:00pm (SAST) throughout the Campaign period.
Entry into the Campaign is automatic through selected qualifying engagements with Sweepsouth during the Campaign period. These engagements may include, but are not limited to:
Creating a booking
Maintaining a recurring booking
Referring friends or family
Leaving a review on Google or other approved review platforms
Tipping a SweepStar
Participating in selected Sweepsouth campaigns or activities
Other engagements as determined by Sweepsouth
Winners will be selected randomly from eligible participants who have completed qualifying actions during the Campaign period.
Participants may only win one (1) prize during the Campaign period.
Winners will be contacted directly by Sweepsouth using the contact details associated with their account, including but not limited to email, telephone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or direct message via social media platforms.
Winners must respond and claim their prize within 48 hours of being notified.
If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, declines the prize, or cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, Sweepsouth reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated by Sweepsouth.
Any prize supplied by a third-party partner may be subject to the partner's own terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will be communicated directly to the winner via email when the prize is awarded.
Sweepsouth reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
By accepting a prize, winners agree that Sweepsouth may announce their first name and surname initial on its marketing channels, including social media, WhatsApp Channels, email communications, and its website, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Sweepsouth may request winners' consent to use their reviews, testimonials, feedback, or images for future marketing purposes.
Employees of Sweepsouth and their immediate family members may participate in the Campaign unless directly involved in the administration or winner selection process.
Sweepsouth reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and to disqualify any individual suspected of fraudulent activity, abuse of the Campaign mechanics, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Sweepsouth reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice should circumstances beyond its reasonable control arise.
Participation in the 12 Days of Gifting Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
