Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
Act as the first point of contact for clients using the placement offering.
Understand client needs and match them with suitable candidates.
Keep clients engaged and excited throughout the journey - from the first contact to post-placement follow-up.
Candidate Discovery & Matching
Identify and source great-fit candidates (House-Keepers, Nannies, Carers) through various internal and external channels.
Confidently present profiles to clients and manage the coordination between both parties.
Make placements that feel good, are well-matched, and set everyone up for success.
Administrative Coordination
Manage scheduling, documentation, and data capture to ensure a smooth, professional experience for all parties.
Track placement outcomes and follow up with clients for feedback and relationship growth.
Team & Product Collaboration
Share insights with the product and engineering team as we build and refine our placements.
Offer feedback from real customer interactions to improve the tool and experience over time.

Requirements:
2+ years experience in customer / client-facing roles such as recruitment / staffing, account management, customer success, business development, or operations.
2 +years experience in a sales / target focused role with a track record of meeting targets.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people easily and build trust.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Highly organised with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
Tech-comfortable and open to learning new platforms and systems quickly.

This role is perfect for someone who shines in client-facing environments, knows how to build genuine relationships, and is energised by helping people find the right fit - whether it’s a service, a professional, or a solution.
You’ll drive the full customer journey - from listening to what the client needs, identifying great talent to match that need, presenting those options with energy and insight, and checking in after placement to make sure everyone’s happy. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the product as we build and refine it.
