When you meet a potential candidate, trial them on platform for at least 3 bookings.

Can I still request a Carer Placement?
New Placement sourcing is currently on hold due to high demand.
You can still book Carer SweepStars directly through Sweepsouth and get to know different SweepStars through regular on-platform bookings.
What if I find a SweepStar I want to employ permanently?

Our Customer Relations team will guide you through the Placement process and make sure your chosen SweepStar is correctly released for your agreed working days.
Why do I need to arrange the Placement through Sweepsouth?
The Placement fee accounts for the booking revenue and availability we lose when a SweepStar moves into permanent private work.
It also allows us to correctly release your chosen SweepStar from their platform commitments for the agreed working days.
