Yes, SweepStars in this service have at least 1 year of nanny experience and have been reference-checked.

Does the SweepStar have First Aid training?
Some may have, but this is not a requirement to be part of this service. Workers' profiles will show if they have CPR training.
How many children can be supervised at one time?
You can have up to 3 children in a booking.
My regular nanny has called in sick, can I make a booking in the morning for the same day?
Yes! From the time of booking, your SweepStar will usually be able to arrive in around 2 hours.
