Is the SweepStar experienced with children?

Yes, SweepStars in this service have at least 1 year of nanny experience and have been reference-checked.

Is Mom’s Helper available on weekends and holidays?

Yes! The service is available whenever you need it. Check availability when booking.

Does the SweepStar have First Aid training?

Some may have, but this is not a requirement to be part of this service. Workers' profiles will show if they have CPR training.

How many children can be supervised at one time?

You can have up to 3 children in a booking.

My regular nanny has called in sick, can I make a booking in the morning for the same day?

Yes! From the time of booking, your SweepStar will usually be able to arrive in around 2 hours.

What is the difference between a Rising Star and a Mom's Helper?

Both are vetted SweepStars who care for children while a parent is home. Mom’s Helpers have 2+ years of referenced childcare experience and certifications. Rising Stars have completed childcare and children’s first aid training through The Nanny Movement and are building experience through Sweepsouth.
