What if my placement isn't the right fit?
If you're not satisfied within the first 90 days of hiring your helper, we’ll find a replacement — free of charge. Simply reach out to your dedicated agent at [email protected].

Can I get a refund if I don’t like any of the candidates?
We don’t offer refunds on the placement fee, but we will continue sourcing and recommending additional candidates for you to trial until you find the right fit.
How many interviews and trial bookings can I do?
You can interview up to 5 candidates. After that, you’ll need to book a trial session with one or more to move forward with the process.
