Life can get pretty busy, which is why we strive to make the process from booking your SweepStar, to enjoying a clean, happy home as easy as possible with our new same-day service.
HOW IT WORKS
Our team requires a minimum of 2hrs to match you to an available SweepStar and get them to your property.
Once a SweepStar is assigned, you will receive an updated confirmation email with your SweepStar’s details.
Step 1: Open up your app and select same-day service.
Step 2: Date is set for today and set to 2hrs ahead of booking time.
Step 3: Update time to a later date should you need.
Step 4: Complete your booking requirements.
Step 5: Awaiting SweepStar status will reflect on your booking.
Step 6: Once your SweepStar is assigned, you will receive an updated confirmation email.
