What if my placement isn't the right fit?
If you're not satisfied within the first 90 days of hiring your helper, we’ll find a replacement — free of charge. Simply reach out to your dedicated agent at [email protected].

Will I get a refund if I don’t like any of the candidates?
The Admin fee and the Placement fee are non-refundable. However, we will continue sourcing and recommending additional candidates for you to trial until you find the right fit.
How many interviews and trial bookings can I do?
You can interview up to 5 candidates. After that, you’ll need to book a trial session with one or more to move forward with the process.
